Long lines at Absa

Good day. My mother had to stand in a line for 2 hours outside an Absa bank branch just to have her app activated. She is an elderly lady and can only stand for so long. No other bank has lines like this. Then once in the bank she was in there for at least 45 minutes. Does a person have to take a day's leave just to do something simple at Absa branches? This is absalutely rediculous.
