Logged a Claim. NOTHING heard back after a week.

I logged a claim with you. I attached pictures and police report. And I haven't gotten anything else than a lousy claim number back, which was days ago. I need the claim paid out so that I can secure the property again. Two gate motors with their security brackets ( that you MADE me install ) ******. Claim number ********** . I am overseas so EMAIL ME. Look again. EMAIL ME. And again. EMAIL ME. Don't call.
