Logbook requist

<p>i have now response from absa bank since 28th december 2016.</p> <p>i had a bakkie that was payed off but stil on absa name and requisted them to send me the new logbook as i have sold the bakkie. till today have i not recieved anything from them and the bakkie is not with me anymore ever since the 28th. even going into the bank speaking with bank manager nothing has been done about this matter. </p> <p> </p> <p>can someone please help me as absa not helping me at all, just shows they easy to get you as a client but then when everything is done they dont care about you as a customor anymore and just dont care.</p> <p> </p> <p>i need this logbook urgently but yet they just dont reply to any emails as according to the bank manager you could not get hold of them over the telephone but only email but what does one do when you dont even get a response on your emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>please please could i ask for help as this has reached the limit </p>
