Local branch offended regular customer

I went in to my local branch absa in kuruman to open an account for my child.iv been waiting for more than 40 min just to embarrass by the consultant.Eventually when it was my turn to be help the consultant checked the birth certificate and said this is not my child she then called one of a team members and asked her is this the man child and their were laughing both of them I felt disappointed and offended cause the way their asked me and the their got the nerve to tell let your come in and their call her by her name.i reported it but up to now no one call to apologize .
