Loan with no miney received

I have taken a loan with absa which was approved, i excepted the debi check and was told a week ago that funds have been released as soon as debicheck was accepted, i was told it would take 48 hours to recieve funds to my Standard Bank account which did not happen.

I contacted standard bank 3 days later for them to let me know there was an issue with my account and i could not recieve payments so that loan payment would have been returned to absa, i then contacted absa to ask if funds where returned however there was no record of this, i was then yesterday asked to funish a 7 day statement to show funds have not reflected in my standard bank account which i did, standard bank has corrected issues with the account and its now able to accept funds so when will this payment be remade as this loan was taken for an emergency. And shows on my credit profile as well as a debt order on my standard bank account.

Can this payment be remade asap.
