loan unfairly rejected

I am a loyal client of absa, all my vehicles, properties, overdraft, credit card are financed by absa. My salary is paid into an absa account. I was applying for a loan online. It got rejected. May I kindly ask Absa to review. If you can't help me who will help me? Check my bank statements and additional income and conclude.
