LOAN STATEMENTS!!!!
I have a personal loan with Absa bank and I have not received 1 statement (I have been querying for the past TWO YEARS the fact that I am not receiving statements). I need to know my balance and settlement. I requested this info last year and was able to get this information. Now when I call the call center they state there is a discrenpacy with my profile (but how) and I must go to the bank and update my profile (RISK MY LIFE!!!!!!!!). It is ******* to not provide bank statements to clients or balance or settlement. I need a breakdown or what's been paid to date etc. I will hand this over to my lawyers if it is not resolved IMMEDIATELY!!!!
