Loan settlement
I settled my loan account on the 26 July and went to the branch for closure of the said account. I was told it will close in three days and will get refund for overpaying. To my surprise their debit order ran on the 31 july and there's charges. I don't understand who's now liable for unpaid charges and monthly interests
