Loan repayment

I had a Absa person loan taken out which for a few months I failed to pay due to non employment.<br> <br> I was then handed over to Norlam Attorneys and they offered me a 60% discount of my settlement that I needed to pay off and amount of R2859.00 03 months. I agreed to this term and the 01st debit order went off end of January 2016. End of February I noticed that they did not take off the 02nd debit order did not go off. When I called Norlam Attorneys they advised that Absa had taken back the account. When I called absa, no one could assist me and they then told me to call Velile Attorneys. Now Velile Attorneys will not honour my agreement that I had with Norlam Attorneys and are telling me that I need to pay R14 400.00. I feel that this is unfair.<br> <br> I had an agreement and this was not honored.<br> <br> I am very disappointed in the fact that no one can address my query!!!!!
