Loan relief Sandro Oranzie

Absa contacted me about extending the relief on my personal loan. I tried to take them up on their offer but I got a email saying it was unsuccessful. Why would they offer to help me in the first place if they knew they weren't going to help. Im in the manufacturing trade and this pandemic is now hitting us harder as there's absolutely no work and I've been at home for a while now. Why offer help if you not going to help me. I appreciate everything absa has done for me thats why I don't want to default on my payments or even worse not being able to pay it at all because then absa would have to stand in the line waiting on 20 cents on every rand I owe them.
