Loan Pay Out

I have sent through all the documents needed and requested, accepted the quote, now my application is at the pay out stage and from yesterday i have been calling the call center, they agents keep saying they are sending an email to the person handling my loan but I have had no response and today when i call in they say that they are offline from yesterday, i dont know what is going on but they dont seem to be clued up in their own department, i have not had any calls or emails from them but everything has gone through successfully just to pay out the requested amount. I need assistance today and this bank has done the same thing with my credit card which i received about 2 months later. This is ridiculous. HELP TODAY
