Loan not cancelled

I took a top up loan on. 14 August, went back to the branch on 15th August to cancel the loan. Now the top up balance is part of my outstanding. I have called gone to the branch and keep being sent from pillar to post. The last 2 consultant promised that they had escalated the mater but still nothing has been done to rectify this mess made by their consultant at Benmore garden.
