Loan insurens not paying out

I got a problem with my bank ABSA i have 2 loans with them and since i went to them during December and i told them that i was currently disable .I was hijacked and gun shoot to the spin and i'm not working so i was asking them to give me time until i go back to work and they told me to support medical report and i submitted so that the insures would take care of my loan .and after submitting i received a call from their lawyers telling me they don't care i need to pay for my loans and please i need help regarding this matter cause i can't focus on my rehabilitation they are harassing me and that is slowing my progress
