LOAN GRANTED & CONSULTANT CAN'T CHANGE LOAN TERM

Thank you ABSA for approving the loan for my home renovations.<br> <br> The problem i'm sitting with is after waiting patiently for almost a week for the loan to be approved,the consultant cannot change payment terms from 36 months to 60/72 months.What baffles me is i did not have such a problem with the previous application.I cannot afford to pay back the loan in 36 months,the instalment is too much.<br> <br> I'm tired of calling and going into the branch for nothing.<br> <br> ABSA please help.<br> <br>
