Loan application being processed for 8days. Poor service

Absa absa absa,, stupid poor services what ever bad name you think of give it to them they deserve it. I app**** for a loan last week Thursday, I was then advised to submit my documents of which I did I also called to provide them with the documents reference number the Lady I spoke to said she submited the document my application is with Nonkululeko Ndlovu it with the payout department, I haven't received any messages or emails about my loan application status but they said the turn around time is 3 days but it now day 8 what a waste of time with this stupid service. All I want to know is my loan application status is that too much to ask?
