Good day,<br> <br> I am a platinum account holder with no details about my personal banker. The one I used to use doesn't ever respond to my emails and has transferred to another branch.<br> <br> I received an sms saying that my current provisional loan amount is R150000 meaning that I could top up my existing loan by this amount.<br> <br> I do not have any personal loans just an overdraft and credit card. is it possible that I apply to get this topped up?<br> <br> Also I app**** via cellphone banking for the personal loan but I got an sms to say that cannot be processed at this time what does that mean?<br> <br> I am more so interested in the overdraft and credit card being topped as compared to the personal loan.<br> <br> Please can someone assist me since I am an ABSA customer from 2013 paying fees for a service marketed to me as you get access to a personal banker but have never gotten any of that.<br> <br> Would appreciate communication via email please.
