LOAN ***

Good day <br> I took a loan from ABSA in 2005 for the amount of R 230 000.00 and then in begining of january 2013 when i called them they said i had to stop due to the fact that i have paid to much into the loan acc and there is a credit of R 113 813.50 and they will pay these funds back to me <br> I only received an amount of R 64 753.24 back at the end of january 2013.<br> i have now all of a sudden received a summons in the amount of R 42 836.27 plus interest from ABSA BANK attorneys<br> they dont call me back and ABSA doesnt want to give me any details as to why this now. according to them i was already paid in full in the begining of January 2013 and was suppose to pay me back my funds plus interest<br> <br> i hereby request urgent assistance due to the fact that the ombudsman are unable to assist me with this matter <br> <br> i want my money back from them plus interest from the 1st of February 2013 till date of payment at interest of 15.5% and a paid in full letter as they made the mistake on their side<br>
