Good day, Who can I go to. My son was ****ed 4 years ago at the age of 25 in a motorbike accident and monies was owed to Absa bank on his name. I have sent numerous copies of his death certificate to them and they insisted I need to register his estate in Pretoria's court even though there was no money, no policies, no house, no vecihes no nothing, nada, zultch but we went. When we got there they wanted to know if ABSA is a lot of idiots. what must we register, so back to Absa bank to inform them and yet still get numerous calls from ABSA and Lawyers asking to speak to him as he owes them money. Got a call today from Lawyers. I am at a stage where I start screaming and swearing them and have told them on numerous occasions that as soon as they are able to get hold of him they must let me know how as I too would like to make contact with him. i am now at my wits end and need to know who can i contact. maybe the Ombuds man. ????? Also have changed my cell number so how the hell do they get my new number.
