I did a quote for solar on your homeloan website and after I have completed everything you gave me numbers for your service provider which is Voltex.and I got this message from you Hi Lawrence The process of getting your load shedding solution has begun! Voltex (the supplier) will be in touch within 24 business hours to: 1. Schedule a visit to assess your home; 2. Design a system to suit your needs; and 3. Provide a quote. I sent them a WhatsApp message last week Thursday and they just blue-ticked me. Please can you refer us to service providers who know what customer service is, not these kinds of people who are not serious about serving people?
