Listing on ITC with approved payment holiday
I recently app**** for a temporary relief on my 2 credit card payments under the COVID 19 payment holiday.
This was approved by Absa but was shocked to note that my Credit profile now had the month of April listed as in arrears despite having an approved payment break confirmed by Absa. This has taken my ITC score further down.
My Account numbers are: *** and ***
Please kindly fix this error and update my ITC records accordingly
