LISTING OF MY NAME CREDIT BUREAU

In November 2014 I changed my account. ABSA did not move my debits to a new account. On 15 November my debits were not paid. Vehicle Finance called and I arranged for payment on the same day. Now I found out that I have a listing which affects my credit rating and no one is taking accountability for that. Vehicle Finance says I missed two payments whereas I never missed any as I made an arrangement on the same day. it was an ABSA employee that failed to make sure my debits were moved to a new account that they assisted me in opening.
