listing of accounts

i also have a sitiution right here, i was told that my name is listed for fruad by nedbank and i happen to find out after i got a job from the department of education. when i go to enquire that i was told that i did it and the is nothing they can do for me. i called different institutions to figure this out but i was told that nedbank is the only people that can take you out of the list. i had my salary stucked in the bank for a couple of months (ABSA) they dont want to give me my money in my account even after i provided papers to proof my innocence.. please can somebody help, this happened 2021 January.how long does my name stay on the list and where lm i listed on..
