listing incorrect customer under debt counselling

In April 2015 I tried to use my Absa credit card and picked up that it's been blocked. visited the branch and further discovered that the account is with debt counselling. on 10 April 2015 received the 17.1 from, with a different: ID, name, marital status and addresses, as in different provinces. I emailed my complaint and on 16 April 2015 received response stating that 'incorrect debt counselling listing has been removed'.I ofcourse believed all is well until few weeks ago when I checked my credit score. This time, Karen Jonker advises that X-pert debt counsellors should sort out the rest of the problem as the bank has no mandate and they are not responsible for the inconvenience they caused, because of the ID number. by the way there are two different ID numbers on this 17.1 form. not sure why someone in Absa could not check on their data which ID number correlate with the name in the form and somehow decided to use the ID number right at the bottom of the form. Absa unfortunately have to take responsibility that they did not bother to check that 17.1 applicant's name is not anywhere similar to my name, didn't check why there are two different Id numbers.
