Listing Default withou following Subscribed NCR process

I monthly extract my credit reports to monitor my score. To my surprise when extracting my reports, I noted Absa listed me as Bank default on Cheque account for R300,00 over Overdraft facility. Nobody from Absa phoned me. NCA requires any creditor to inform the customer in writing and allow 20 days for response before default listing. Absa need to supply this info to me immediately, proof where were communicated with me and written communication. I moved to Absa few months ago as I were told of the ethical values of the bank and the service. What a load of bull! I have already settled my Loan account in full with Absa and if this is not resolve immediately will close all accounts with Absa and move back to Nedbank. At least do they know what professionally is and how to communicate and follow the NCA. I will also refer this to the banking ombudsman and lodge disputes with all Credit Bureau
