Listing at South African ***** Prevention Service

African bank listed my name at South African ***** Prevention Service of which someone used my identity document to apply for a loan but was rejected,that someone was using an Absa account where the money was supposed to be paid.Absa say to me the account does not exist that was provided to them and African Bank want a letter from Absa saying I don't have that account on my name but Absa say they can't give me letter on an unexisting account but African Bank insist on that letter,so the listing cannot be be removed and I am now stuck and have already send all the documents requested by both banks.
