Listed on SAFPS

Good day can you kindly help I had an account with Absa bank which I was frequently used and I lost my handbag with my card and my phone ..Then I didn’t do anything about it I just bought a new phone ..when I try to contact absa they told me I was listed on SAFPS because lots of money was in and out of the account .Now when I try to open other bank account it was declined because of my ID number has been listed in SAFPS ,I’m 25 years of age im worried about how it might badly after me from employment opportunities
