Listed for non substantial amount which was paid when their system was closed

Absa list me on the credit bureau incorrectly. A payment was made before the due date and then i realise i paid R100 less. I go in again and pay them extra plus the amount i paid less which was R93. Because i paid it on a date after the system closes they list me. It seems we get listed for petty stuff. I pay on time and always more than i am suppose to. This one time i pay R93 less which i pay a few days later and the system list me. I am reporting it to the ombudsman.
