Listed as arrears on credit bereau on multiple occassions

I have repeatedly sent mail after mail to your client services, you have failed to reply at all to why you are listing me as arrears on my credit report. This reflects me in a bad light. You are very quick to send letters and phone calls whenever someone is late but when I pay on time and you list me in arrears you don't bother to respond.
