Linking Absa Homeloan to Online banking platform
I have recently obtained a homeloan from Absa. I have tried to link the homeloan account to my profile but was unable to so. I have followed the correct procedure but an error occurs on the absa website saying it is unable to do so. I have explained that I live abroad and require assistance also requested how to give POA to someone to manage my account if needed. I also requested the date when the first installment will be deducted and I have received this answer I have to admin but the two former questions were blatantly ignored so as to close the request just to fulfill a KPI. I must say it is a bit shocking.
