*****line incompetency to investigate

On the 28 February 25 at about 10H10 in the morning i was having breakfast in one of the restaurant when I noticed suspicious transaction in my absa cheque account done at Sandton " quickly I called the absa *****line and was assisted by a male consultant who noticed the transactions too n closed my account I then drove to the branch to change the Card and to get a reference ie C-***4 then I headed to the police office case number 156/2/2025 thereafter i emailed all the information to the email provided by the *****line specialist ' it was after 7 day's where I got an email from them that they've not received the case number plus the reference I emailed again " Surprise ' surprise I called the ***** division on the 22/04/25 to as for a progress report ! unfortunately I was told that the claim has been repudiated because a *****ster was using the Card to make those transactions, no clip was provided, no cell phone records were checked n no tracker report was provided to me Through my frustration I drove to the Branch to cancel my" Will " with them and the financial advisor wasn't pleased or happy about my decision however I stood my ground that " if they can ***** from me while I'm still alive how much more will they ***** from my Estate when I'm Deceased I'm asking?
