Limit Increase on my Credit Card

Why are you refusing to give me a limit increase but you are debiting money from my account with interest every month? Have i never pay my credit card? I have send you my payslips as a proof that i can afford to repay you but you are still declining. I am only good to repay interest but i am not good to be given Limit increase. I am really considering to close all my accounts with ABSA because i feel i am not valued as a loyal customer.
