Limit Increase

I app**** for a limit increase. I called today for a follow-up and was advised that my Payslips are not accepted. I used the same payslips to open my account and now all of sudden as per procudure they do not accept my Payslips. I used the same payslips for previoues limit increases which Absa accepted.
