Lillian Absa Benmore stellar service

My mother and I visited the Benmore Absa branch and were assisted by Lillian. It's been over a week since the visit yet her stellar service is still at the back of our minds. Her patience with dealing with a 73 year old is commendable, while being able to pass on product information in a manner that my mother could understand. Absa training would do well in using her to upskill a vast number of branch personnel. Thank you again Lillian, we look forward to our next branch visit.
