Life Ruining ABSA

Am currently in a continuous dispute with ABSA about payments on my personal loan, I missed a payment and made an arrangement and It was approved, and have been paying on time since February this year. I got my credit report and ABSA is reporting that I have missed all my payments since February. Am not being helped by them I've been sent from pillar to post and ALL the agents want to do is close the case without any concrete feedback as to why this is happening even though I have been paying and why the arrangement is not reflecting. Am super disappointed as I've been with ABSA for years and the agents are super unhelpful, I get the laziest answer and no one is being held accountable for the lack of feedback. So far the agent's favorite line is I will be closing this case ........Why is the arrangement not being honored? Why was the arrangement necessary if they are reporting that am not paying? Am so exhausted.
