Life on hold due to ***** and absa cannot assist

Last year I bought a car from we buy cars in durban. Somehow my details was leaked,resulting in a *****ulent activity. We managed to pick up this activity as they wanted to buy a car and contacted my work place. Absa then flagged this, now I cannot access non of my credit as it's flagged and I'm not getting any joy from absa to assist me. My whole life is on hold now waiting for this to he resolved.my bank capitec told me to go back to absa as the flag is from them and I cannot get through to anyone in absa to assist me.
