Lies after lies and they deduct money for something I don't have

<p>after applying for an Avios Credit Card, Receiving the card, paying four months of debit orders and more than ten calls to absa, I have been paying for something I don't have and they have uploaded a CRedit card I cannot use onto my ITC. I have been told that someone will call me more than 20times over the last three months and no one has ever called me. They deduct money for the Credit Card fee yet I have never used it. This is a violation of the consumer protection act, FAIS Act and the Bankers association SA. I demand for someone to rectify this immediately </p>
