Lies about student benefits

I have been getting messages about half price bus tickets as a student benefit about keeping a positive balance in my account. Now I thought this would be simple. I redeemed the said benefit and was told to contact TLC marketing. I finally got through to them and was then told to fill out a form, send it to them and then I would have to pay them 50% of the ticket. So I fill out the form and pay 50% of the fee into their account. Why do I have to pay into a Nedbank account? So I proceed with an immediate interbank transaction and send the proof of payment to them. Yet I get no reply. now the date for the ticket I requested is moving closer and I have had to m a key other plans??? I want my 300 Rand back. I would contact TLC marketing directly but I cannot get through. I waited on the phone for more than 10 minutes yesterday and after thinking I would try later, I got a "the number is busy" for the rest of the day (must have tried about 20 times plus). This is unacceptable and is very much false advertising.
