I app**** for a credit card last week my id document was destroyed so i phoned and asked if i need to get my id copy certified at the police station or do i need to go and get a temporary id to collect my card. The lady is spoke to said if i can give them my drivers license as identification that will be fine. Today theY phoned and said card was ready for collection when i arrived they said i cant use my drivers license as proof of identity and that the card isn't there yet!!! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?????? WILL THIS BE SORTED OUT TODAY?
