LGR incorporated

I am disgusted in LGR incorporated that ABSA bank uses to recover debts.

I made contact with LGR, they knew that I wanted to close my account, I received a 30% discount if I pay in full. I paid R 40335.39. Only to discover that my last hello peter post, ABSA bank sent a new settlement of only R31 692.09 45% discount if paid in full.

Salome from LGR never gave me this discount at all, I would like to know who will be paying my refund of R8 643.30 over to me in order for me to pay school fees and to catch up on other outstanding accounts.

I feel that I was taken for granted as I requested this, but seems like companies will rather ******* people who try to be honest, I stuck to my word and made a payment.

I have sent my banking details to Salome and I am awaiting feedback from her.

Please can you follow up again on my behalf as this is not on.
