LGR and Absa Not clearing people from credit bureaus

I am still struggling to get a judgement from my name that LGR and Absa put on my name. My debt counselor did everything by the book and send all requested documents to Absa and LGR, but still they do not clear my name from credit bureaus. They still asked for document that was send to them. Today my debt counselor emailed the documents to them again. Companies are very quick to blacklist people, but when the debt is fully paid they do not clear your name. You have to struggle months to get the companies to do what the law require. According law companies have to clear your name from credit bureaus within 7 to 21 days. I've been struggling for 9 months.
