Lets try again

I complaint about my accounts to ABSA, with no joy I then went to the ombudsman and received some joy. My problem still is. I am under debt review, ABSA changed my 1 account number without informing me, as a result they did not receive my payments. After a year only did they contact me to reposess my vehicle. This was only picked up after I went to the Ombudsman as a result they cancelled my debt review and handed all my accounts over to attorneys. I have asked for settlement amounts but now that includes attorney fees which I will not pay. My credit report also shows that I was handed over for non-payment which is a complete lie. I need this fixed asap, I will not pay legal fees because of ABSA's error and I will not have a bad credit record because of it.<br> <br>
