Lethargic service

<p>Been trying to open a business acount for two weeks now.Application was done online an all documents were sent.Received a lengthy call (security check,company profile).This was last week and ive been waiting since then, nobody seems to give a sh**t.I cant get tax clearance and clients cant make deposits.Been banking with absa since day1 and this is by far my worst experience ever.I even went to the branch where the Business accounts guy told me he cant interfere since head office had made the account. Very dissappointed,please do yourselves a favor and remove your online application service.</p>
