I would like to share my experience I also work at a bank and my manager always says clients are the most observant people. I went to the Secunda mall branch last year and I was assisted by Zwonaka she was alone on counter and the ques was moving the energy the body language and this year again I went there I was assisted by her again her service and she goes all out and an extra mile And that’s what I have observed as a client she is a champ!!!
