Let me get my funds from flexi reserve now had it with the run around

I’m tired of absa not releasing my flexi save to remove me from a debt review. I have done as absa credit told me to get another debt review company to assist me. I have over R200000 in flexi save absa is not helping me to retrieve those funds to cancel my credit card debt. Had enough of calling absa to help I just need my money from my home loan flexi account to clear my name. How hard can it be. I’ve been thrown to the wolves but I should clear my debt by accessing my money in flexi reserve.
