Less Africanacity and more Stingey and with holding
Despite having a good credit score, meeting all the requirements for a home loan, dont hold your breath receiving any home loan from ABSA, after the promise to motivate and meeting all the Criteria, they still refuse to offer a 100% home loan, in todays times, who on earth has that amount of Cash on hand for a deposit, I thought the lower interest rate was to boost the property market but not with ABSA
