Lerato Mpatoli - Absa Life lncompetence

If there was an option to give a minus 10000 stars I would of for such pathetic inconsistent degrading service. I was retrenched a few months ago and luckily had a retrenchment plan with absa for vehicle finance and paid every month like any loyal customer, but now that I need them as they had to pay my installments for 6 months they failed, I have to contact them every month to make payments for a previous month that they forgot to pay, I mean who do you have working their playing with my credit score that is now in utter shambles due to their incompetence, I now have backed up interest that has accumulated on my arrears due to some genius at absa life that cannot complete a simple task. Lerato Mpatoli who is the person supposed to be responsible for ensuring that my installments gets paid each month does clearly not understand what disarray she has put my life and credit score in. I have phoned them several times and each time I must hear that they will escalate escalate escalate but till today my April installment is yet to be paid, thank you ABSA for showing your true colors, how ironic that you say “how can we help you” but actually is “how can we destroy you”.
