Lerato Boshamane asssisted me with my telephone banking with regards to linking my my online banking joint home loan whicj assisted me to transfer an advanced payment via my phone. I live and work in China, my mother has a full authority to act on my behalf and was declined at the branch to do this for me, which was horrible service and a waste of time to visit the branch. I think this woman is very capable of doing her job and coming from banking myself the likes of her friendliness, patience and extremely willingness to satisfy her customer belongs in the private banking department. I'll be very comfortable to have her as my private banker. 5 stars for outstanding customer service.
