Lenasia Branch is a Winner in my book

Finally the right people at ABSA resolved my complaint. Thank you to the Branch Manager, Mary, who did not shy away from getting her hands dirty to clean up the mess that ABSA caused. She set up an appointment with me, ensured that I did not have to wait in line and with the amazing help of my new priority banker, Phumudzo, I am glad to say that Mary and Phumudzo has regained my confidence and satisfaction in ABSA.
