Legal Team Not Helpful

I am writing this query because I tried getting help at ABSA but I did not get any help. I tried calling the manager at Legal Department but no one answered

My car was involved in an accident and Miway paid a portion of the the amount that was due. Because it was a small amount left the legal team transferred the account to their contracted lawyers who does collection on their behalf.

Miway(insurance) requested settlement letter and NATIS which was given to them by ABSA. The car wa sold and my way had a salvage amount that they wanted to pay back to ABSA but now ABSA is not giving my way settlement letter so that Miway can pay the money to ME or advise the Miway to settle amount that will reduce my currrent balance current balance and be able to releave the stress paying every month

I am been post from pillow to post no one is helping me. I have been a loyal member of ABSA but now I am willing to move to another bank
