Legal hold not uplifted!!!

Good day,

I have an absa cheque account, for years now and had a credit card with them about 10 years ago. Everything I apply for gets declined due to a legal hold reflecting on the credit card I have been trying since last year to get this legal hold lifted with no success. The branch log this query last year and have also forward and logged this query with them and no success. I need this to be sorted out immediately.
